The car was very nice, clean and comfortable. There was an issue with Turo delaying the approval of my drivers license as it had been extended 60 days (BMV put a sticker on my license) while awaiting the new license in the mail. Turo would not approve this. I offered to put under my wife’s name, but we would have to cancel the reservation and not get our money back. It was very stressful trying to communicate with Turo. Omar did go to bat for us, and finally got Turo to approve just a few hours before our scheduled pick up. I don’t recommend the non refundable discount price as unexpected issues can come up and Turo is not very flexible.
