The communication with the host was amazing. They were so responsive

There could me more upfront communication about the complications of the picking up and drop off with the parking tickets before booking. We ended up having to pay just a little extra because by time we got off the plane and finding the car from when they dropped the car off it cost more than the $6 refund they provide. This is not mentioned until you find out more about pick up. It was a slight inconvenience I would have just liked to know about up front when deciding what car to get.
