Great experience!

The car quality and customer service was excellent. Especially appreciated the employee (Ian) who helped me when I checked the car in at the airport. The only downside was finding the car in the huge DTW/McNamara airport parking lot. It took me 45 minutes to do so. The return would have been difficult without Ian's assistance.

Top notch service oriented rental group! Arrangements were communicated very well, our vehicle was very reliable, safe and clean. Pickup and drop-off instructions were easy to follow and clear to understand.
