The car was a little dirty when I picked it up, but it drove fine. My main issues were that the drop-off location was far from the Delta terminal, making it inconvenient, and the host required me to take the car to a specific car wash that was 34 minutes away from where I was. After normal use, I don't think it's reasonable to expect guests to drive that far just to clean the vehicle, especially when it wasn't perfectly clean at pickup. The host also stated that if I didn't use that car wash, I could be charged a $150 cleaning fee. Other than that, the car was fine.

The car was in perfect condition and drove great. Hosts were very responsive and had detailed instructions for pick up and drop off. Would rent from them again in a heartbeat. Made my trip very easy.

Trip started a little rocky but it was quickly sorted. Turo hosts were responsive and helpful. Car was in good shape with only minor cosmetic finish issues and was very clean. Mechanically the car worked fine & was well maintained. Thank you!
