Wonderful ride, very comfortable.

The car pickup and quality was fine until there was a mechanical issue, he had no regards to the safety of me and my son , he stated I was smoking. I’m on probation , I can’t smoke. He kept making accusations about the quality and I never even got to do anything. He was rude and aggressive probably because I wanted to return it but it’s 100 degrees and no air and I have a 4 year old what was I supposed to do

Miesha received the Trax in working order. The fan went out during her trip. I told her to cancel the rest of her trip and I would personally refund anything that Turo didn’t. The Trax smelled like weed smoke when I picked it up. Miesha denied smoking in the vehicle but couldn’t explain the ashes inside of the cup holder and doorhandle compartment. Pictures of the cup holder and door handle compartment were taken before and after the trip proving my claim. The fan has since been replaced.
New to Turo but the car was cool there was a lil odor but I’m guessing that was from the cleaning. Car was terrible on gas but Host was cool we had min communication and he did respond pretty quick. Had to reach out again and this had nothing to do with host but his replies never showed on Turo, I received an email stating I had a reply but at that time it was too late. Anyway if I have to rent again I’ll check this host out.
