Car was great, and very clean, but pickup was quite annoying. Confirmed twice a week apart, after being offered airport car pickup, that the car could and would be at the airport. When I landed I was told I would need to ask Turo to change the pickup spot and the car wasn’t at the airport. The pickup was a 6 minute uber away so not a huge deal, but don’t confirm airport pickup if it’s not possible.

Hello glad you liked the car unfortunately you misunderstood the message you asked for airport pick up when you arrived to the airport and we explained to you that we can bring it to you but you would need to call Turo and change your reservation to airport pick up you expected us to do that and it’s not in our power to has to be done through Turo plus you didn’t pay for airport pick up you expected us to give you something you didn’t pay for can’t really do that apologies
Car rode excellent very clean and the host communication was great I will rent again in the future🫶🏾🫶🏾

We noticed when we left the airport seven days ago that the passenger side tire is a bit bald maybe time for a tire change other than that the car ran great. We will rent again. Thank you for the superb customer service. What a great host.
