Outstanding Turo experience! Francisko was an excellent host—friendly, professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with from beginning to end. The 2026 Jeep Compass was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. It drove beautifully and was perfect for our trip, including traveling between Detroit and Windsor.
Pickup and return were both simple and convenient, and Francisko made the entire process completely stress-free. It’s easy to see why he is an All-Star Host with a perfect rating. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone visiting the Detroit area!

Lloyd thanks for renting with us I see you mentioned car location was inconvenient once we reached out to you we found out that because of the road construction from your house or job to us you gave us a 3 star convenience unfortunately we don’t dictate construction for the city of Romulus we were waiting for you with the car as soon as you arrived that is our responsibility as a host for turo anything else we can not obligate to unfortunately have a blessed day
