Picked up the vehicle and took it home to load for our road trip. When we took off we noticed a sound from the wheel and sounded very likely that it would be the wheel bearing. Tried contacting Michael and it took hrs to get a response. We had to return the vehicle as it was not safe to drive on the highway and still got charged for an entire day. Giving a 3 star bc Michael was easy going when he finally got back in touch.
Apologies for the inconvenience. The vehicle was safe to drive. Mechanic verified that it just needed an alignment and has been done.
