Basil is a fantastic host! He is attentive, flexible, and very easy to communicate with. I needed a car for an extended period while preparing for our move out of the US, and his pricing was very reasonable compared to other options. I actually ended up extending the rental, and Basil was very accommodating.
Initially, I was concerned that the pickup location might be inconvenient, but Basil kindly arranged to leave the car at a nearby Park & Ride and remotely unlocked it when I arrived. The entire process was seamless.
The car itself was a higher-end Ford Escape model and was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was a noticeable lingering cigarette smoke odor, which I found unpleasant.
Overall, I had a great experience renting from Basil and would definitely recommend him as a host!
