Arsen was an outstanding host! After another Turo rental was unexpectedly canceled due to a maintenance issue, he was incredibly accommodating and helped make the situation stress-free. The car was spotless, exactly as described, and the entire pickup and return process was smooth and seamless. Communication was excellent throughout the trip, and I truly appreciated how easy he made everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Arsen again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, professional Turo host.

Car was beautiful but had a smoke smell

Maria, I’m truly so sorry about the smell. I work incredibly hard to provide every guest with a 5-star experience and keep all of my vehicles in excellent condition. Unfortunately, this particular car came back from a trip a few months ago with a strong cigarette odor. We invested in deep cleaning and multiple ozone treatments to remove it, and while it has improved significantly, it seems there are still some traces of it left. I would suggest to rent a brand new car for your next trip on Turo.
