The charger ports did not work at all! Affected my trip and did not have time to sit and wait at a mechanic that should have been checked by the owner before hand

I suggested stopping at a mechanic because it was likely just a simple blown fuse. Unless I test every port before each trip, I rely on guest feedback—the previous guest had no issues, so I assumed it was working fine. I have already replaced the fuse, and everything is fully working now. I appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience during your trip
The pick up location was good.at first the car looks good on the outside but driving it was not smooth the car didn’t drive that good and the engine light came on.
