The pick up location was good.at first the car looks good on the outside but driving it was not smooth the car didn’t drive that good and the engine light came on.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The car actually drove fine but the day before the last day of the trip, the check engine light came on. I sent a message to the owner via the Turo app letting him know that the check engine light had come on the owner never responded. 24 hours later I sent him a message letting him know that I was very frustrated that he never responded. He let me know that he did see my message and that he did check the code, but he Forgot to respond to let me know what the issue was with the vehicle. I ended up not driving the vehicle for a whole day that I paid for and the owner did not even offer to accommodate me for that loss. I will most definitely not be using any of his vehicles again.

The gear gets a bit stuck when trying to pull off, the brake pedal squeaks really loud after pressing it a few times, the backup camera worked half the time and sometimes it would go out altogether. Also I expected Apple carplay but there wasn’t. Other than that, it worked as expected.
Thanks for the feedback! Just to clarify: the car has a 4-cylinder engine, so it may feel less powerful when taking off. The brake pads and rotors are new on all four wheels, which might explain the squeaking. I’ll also have the backup camera checked. Apple CarPlay was not listed as a feature, but I’m sorry if there was any confusion. Appreciate your input!
