Reliable vehicle, great communication from staff. They checked on us during the trip, and wished us a safe travels, as we drove to Texas to lay our family memeber to rest. Will rent again

The trip was not a good one at all, I was worried about the tires the whole trip. In the rain I felt like I was going to spin off the road the tires where so slick. Wish I had a better vehicle.

Thank you for the trip! However, I respectfully disagree with your review. You drove over 1,500 miles in just 4 days without any issues. The tires are at half life (about 50% tread remaining) and in good condition. Regarding the fuel refund request: 'almost full' is not full, and per Turo policy, the vehicle must be returned with the exact same fuel level as when the trip started
