I had an absolutely terrible experience with this Turo rental. The car was in appalling condition and should never have been listed on the platform. The seats were beyond dirty, riddled with cigar burns, and the entire car reeked of a horrible smell. To make matters worse, the windshield wipers were completely overused and ineffective, which posed a serious safety hazard.
The photos posted by the host were misleading, and the reality of the car was a far cry from what was advertised.
This experience has seriously made me reconsider ever using Turo again. I expected much better standards from this platform. Avoid this car at all costs.

First you said that the car was not safe, you drove 1886 miles in 5 days. Yes, the car has some here and there on the body and yes, there may be some cigarette smell, but it was clean and disinfected. The cigarette smell is very difficult to remove. Not everyone respects the rules of not smoking inside the vehicle. This vehicle made more than 80 trips before you and all the other rate 5-star.
