customer-host communications need to be better. drop off instructions were not very clear and i had to pay a fee to retrieve the car from the parking garage. car was great though.

I do want to clarify that the parking fee was only incurred because the vehicle was picked up about two hours after the scheduled pickup time. I’ll still work on making the drop off and pickup instructions even clearer moving forward. Thanks again for booking with me.

I rented this vehicle and it was not wiped down in the interior. There was extremely sticky stuff on the steering wheel, controls and internal surfaces. As soon as I picked up the vehicle from the FLL Airport, I noted two areas of damages. I IMMEDIATELY messaged the company before entering the vehicle. I took pictures and videos and even sent those pictures to the owner. He said ok and I never heard anything else. I exited the airport and then returned the vehicle on 5/10. The owner asked for a good review. After that, he submitted a fraudulent damage claim saying there was a crash in the vehicle. He referred to the damage that I reported when he dropped the vehicle off to me. That's so unfortunate, rude and fraudulent. I will NEVER rent a vehicle with this scammed, you shouldn't either. Wow. Very upsetting.
Vehicle was delivered without the damage being claimed in this review. Guest contacted us after pickup regarding unrelated concerns, which were addressed immediately. Any damage claim submitted was based on post-trip findings documented through Turo’s official process with time-stamped evidence. We take honesty, cleanliness, and transparency seriously with every rental.
