This was my first time using Turo and I was thoroughly pleased with the experience. The vehicle was as advertised and the owners were flexible and allowed me to extend my trip without hassle. I definitely plan to use Turo in the future.

This was my first experience with Turo and Huge delivered exceptional customer service. The rental companies I’ve dealt with at BWI, DCA, and IDA need to take note. This husband and wife team is fair, values their customer, and very communicative. Before I arrived to pick up the SUV they quickly informed me the other customer still hadn’t returned the truck to be ready for my pickup time and offered me another vehicle and later swapped vehicles to one I originally rented the same day. Rental car companies at the mentioned airports don’t even do this. I have sat for more than an hour waiting for a vehicle I prepaid at BWI. Never again.
I highly recommend renting from Huge. When I return to the area for business or to visit family, they will be the first people I will consider renting from so long as they are still operating within Turo.
