The car was ok, had to have it cleaned upon pick up. The location was very confusing- owner could have parked outside instead of making renters go thru a maze to get to the car. Literally.
I noted this feedback and will make sure it’s improved for next guest. As to your over miles and toll charge for your trip, please respond as soon as possible

Not a good experience due to car issues.
I just wanted to let you know its sorry to hear that you have battery issue on and off after you have my car for a day.
As I strive for best for my customers, I always have my car maintenance done routinely.
As matter of fact, the battery was replaced just last year but I will have it checked today.
Ps you did not fill up oil. it’s 67 miles short.
No smoking allowed
