The tire damage occurred during the guest’s trip, and the vehicle was returned with the damage without the guest reporting it to us or notifying us of any issue. We discovered the damage after the vehicle was returned.
Unfortunately, based on how this situation was handled, we will not be able to accommodate this guest for future trips.

The host was great. The car was clean and worked effectively. I had a minor fender bender and the host worked with me on an alternative solution so that I could still make my flight. I would definitely book with this host again.
