Car wasn’t terrible but was pretty dirty in the nooks of everything. Had issues with the entertainment system the entire time, when I reached out the only offer was to return the car with a half tank of gas instead of a full tank. Which I don’t feel was a correct solution when we paid so much for the car. There also seemed to be some issues with the ball joint in the car as there were large thuds when going over normal bumps in the road. I did appreciate the quick responses from the owner of the car, however I don’t think there were proper steps taken for certain situations. I understand that this is a private party rental but more step should’ve been taken to make the situation right.

We had a great experience. Car was clean and easy to drive. Host was communicative, very accommodating. First time Turo user. Would def use Turo and this rental again.
