The guest previous to the above guest, returned the car and claimed the tire tread was too low, I rotated the tires and assured my next guest that it was safe. I told the guest he is welcome to cancel if he is still uncomfortable as I planned to have new tires put on soon. He decided to cancel. It was his choice as he felt unsafe. Turo then decided to punish me by canceling on my end and charging me $50. I am dedicated to my guests safety and being transparent about my vehicle.
