The car drove well, and the host was friendly, which I appreciated. The starlight headliner was also a cool touch.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the overall condition of the vehicle. The interior felt pretty worn and tired. The front seats had noticeable staining and discoloration that wasn’t apparent in the listing photos, and there was rubber weatherstripping hanging loose from the driver’s door.
One of my bigger complaints was the smoke odor inside the vehicle. It was noticeable throughout my time with the car and really aggravated my allergies, making the driving experience less comfortable than I had hoped. The windshield wipers also didn’t perform particularly well during the little bit of rain we encountered.

It was cleaned and sanitized prior to your trip; however, odors can sometimes remain even after thorough cleaning. We make every effort to inspect and prepare the vehicle between trips, but with a short turnaround, some odors may not be immediately detectable. We remain committed to providing a clean and comfortable experience for every guest!!
