I am new to renting a car on this app. But I am Thankful that I did because I was able to go to work and school while my van in the shop. It rides smooth and the AC was on point. I recommend this truck for the moms with busy life. I will be renting again in the future if my van act up again.

This was not a good rental experience. I left feeling frustrated and like I wasted my money.
The vehicle drove well, and the lockbox made pickup and drop-off easy. However, there were several issues that should be disclosed to future renters:
* Communication was poor. I reached out to confirm information before my trip and never received a response.
* The vehicle has MyKey restrictions (80 mph speed limit and limited audio volume), which were not disclosed. While on the interstate, I couldn’t accelerate to avoid an erratic driver, creating a safety concern.
* Although the car appeared clean, interior surfaces wiped up dirty, and personal items from a previous renter were still inside.
* Bluetooth frequently disconnected or wouldn’t connect for audio.
* There is no key fob; the vehicle must be unlocked manually with the physical key.
The car was mechanically reliable and got me where I needed to go, but these limitations and issues should be clearly disclosed so renters know what to expect before booking.
