If I was able to give zero stars, I would. We rented the vehicle for our family vacation, bringing our 4 kids. Car was brought to us at airport 35 minutes late. When we opened the doors the smell of marijuana hit us like a wall. The owner randomly sent Apple Cash to my phone number telling us to wash the car because they weren’t able to get to it with their busy morning. Also told us to ignore the change oil light. We were on a tight schedule, so we took the vehicle in hopes we could air it out. Despite letting it air out for hours, the stench did not improve. It was so bad we did not feel comfortable having our children in the car, so the day after picking up we spent 3 hours of our vacation returning the car to the pick up location. Extremely disappointed in this vehicle and their lack of accountability, as they attempted to deny any smell of marijuana. Luckily Turo made it right for us.
Overall it has been a terrible experience:
-late delivering the car
-change engine oil light was on
-car dirty
-unbearable smell of marijuana
-no registration or insurance in vehicle
