Thanks to you both! Pick up was late due to a miscommunication, which made drop off a bit harder as well (missing lock box).

They were good at communication and got the car to me great at the beginning of my trip! The unlock button on the key fob is almost gone which was kinda weird. The car also would make some weird noises sometimes and the tire light was on from the moment I got it, but it ran fine and got me everywhere I needed! It was a fine service.

Car was switched right before pickup but it was a smooth transition. The car was in decent shape and perfectly suitable for my a to b, run-around-town needs. I probably wouldn't feel comfortable taking this on a long trip, though. There were no problems to speak of. Hosts were very nice and accommodating.
