Please note that this car is in Rochester MINNESOTA, not Rochester New York! Prior to this experience I didn’t even know there was more than one Rochester! At any rate, we booked a car in the wrong city and we weren’t able to rent this car because it was half-way accross the country. At any rate this provider was kind enough to give us a full refund, even though this was a non-refundable rental. She was exceptionally kind and called TURO to make sure the refund got processed. If I ever need to go to Rochester Minnesota, I’ll book through this provider.

Best option in Rochester area. Very easy pickup and delivery and vehicle is way better option than rental vehicle. Perfect SUV for multiple people and bags. I would recommend for anyone coming to RST.
