Absolutely outstanding experience with my Turo host! The car was spotless, smooth, and exactly as described, but what truly made this experience exceptional was her kindness and flexibility. Due to a sudden flight change, she generously allowed me to keep the car for an extra 4 hours without any hassle. That level of understanding and customer care is rare these days.
She made the entire process effortless, stress-free, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Hosts like her are the reason people keep coming back to Turo. Next time, I already know who I’m renting from again. Highly recommended!
