Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry we weren’t able to meet your needs 100%. I did want to clarify that Apple CarPlay is working properly—I tested it again today and it connected without any issues. I also offered to meet in person to help troubleshoot and configure it. Unfortunately, phone compatibility or settings can sometimes be outside our control. I’m glad everything else went well.
An absolutely PERFECT experience! Clean and well maintained vehicle, a convenient pickup location, and THE most courteous and professional host I have ever rented from.
