I wanted to give this trip a better rating, but after reaching out to the host and receiving no response — I have to give this a terrible rating. Upon arrival, there were no pickup instructions provided and the car was not ready so I had to contact Turo support in order to reach the host. Once I got to the car it was extremely dirty, with trash left all over the seats, floors, etc (proof provided in the pictures that I sent to the host). The car was also not washed. I was on the phone with the host and communicated how dirty the car was, to which he stated that he would provide a discount. But I only received a $6 refund, which I think was extremely unfair considering the condition that I received the car in and spending over $500 for this booking. I also had to pay the garage parking fee, which I have not been reimbursed for yet. I reached out to the host to rectify the situation and see if he could provide more of a discount but received no response. I even contacted him again the morning of my return to see if I could extend my trip for two extra hours and received no response yet again. I would never book with this host again, considering the amount of uncleanliness of the car, and the lack of unprofessionalism/communication that was provided.
