Not bad. did not like having to go to a different terminal to get the car. Overall she was very nice. Will be happy to rent from Rachel again
Hey Vivian, sorry for the less than 5 star experience. The turo app now has a feature where you can submit your flight information to the app, which allows us hosts to operate in larger international airports, to help locate what terminal you will be arriving in. Thank you for taking care of the car.

The car was great, almost like new. However, I did have a couple issues. I had to message Rachel about the location of the car while I was already waiting for my luggage. She told me it was currently being parked and she would let me know. She then proceeded to tell me she had changed the tag on the car after parking it and I would need to show the original temporary tag to get out of the lot. Fast forward, the lot attendant had to get a manager involved and check my Turo app to basically make sure I wasn’t stealing the car. It took a while. Then I was charged $65.70 for parking because they said the car had been there for 2 days. Rachel sent a $6.00 credit for the parking situation.
