Love the detailed instructions! Great communication, and car was all we needed. Will absolutley rent from again.

Positives - quick responses from rep. Fairly easy Airport pick up and drop off.
Negatives - picked up the car and it had a huge crack in the windshield (which the rep did say that he would replace it when I contacted him after pick up, but I didn’t have the time for that after I picked up the car). There was a large rip on the fabric of drivers side seat (which I humbly repaired so no more damage would happen), and there was not a good sound coming from the cv joint or something like that on the front passenger side of the car. The host was willing to switch out the car but again, I didn’t have the time right away and I shouldn’t have had to worry about those things at all.
After trying this service, I am reserved about trying it again.

Thank you for your feedback. We offered to bring a 2026 Crosstrek to your location or send someone to replace the windshield, but both options were declined. Time would not have been an issue, as a key swap takes only a minute and a windshield replacement about 30 minutes. The noise was caused by you going off-road which is not permitted and can damage protective components. For future rentals, we recommend choosing a provider that better fits your expectations.
