I can’t believe how amazingly cool and awesome Andrea (sorry if I spelled wrong) is. The best host BY FAR. An issue that wasn’t really there fault and she reimbursed me for part out of the inconvenience.
The world could use more people like her!

Car I booked was unavailable on arrival, replacement had a broken windshield. They drive to exchange cars, but the original I booked cane late night, gad multiple windshield chips, torn apolstery and damaged from fender that looked terrible and stuck out- but operated fine. Very disappointing but served its purpose.
Unfortunately, I can’t control when other customers return vehicles late. Fortunately, I had another car available until your reserved one was returned. The car was delivered late at night because I received very little communication from you and did the best I could with the information provided This is Utah—rock chips happen often and windshields get filled quickly. If you prefer a perfect windshield The bumper damage was caused by you off-roading in Moab. Next time rent our 2026 Crosstrek.
