Thank you for your feedback. You requested the car 5 hours earlier than the scheduled pickup time. I explained that if you wanted it that early, it would not be cleaned yet. Your exact reply was, “Thank you – I will take it as it is.” Because of that confirmation, the vehicle was provided as requested. If cleanliness was going to be an issue, the better option would have been to wait for the original pickup time instead of rushing the pickup.
