the battery died during our trip, but the host was very understanding and good at communicating a solution to the problem and compensated us for damages and time. andres is a very friendly host and replies quickly!

This was our fault for not double-checking the battery beforehand, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We have since added battery checks to our inspection checklist to help prevent this from happening again.
