Bad experience,maybe I expected too much but I got less value for my money.
Thank you for your feedback. You rented a 7-seater during the busiest time of the year for $25 per day, and the price reflects the vehicle’s condition, including minor scratches and dings. We aim to offer affordable options with full transparency. If you prefer a newer vehicle in pristine condition, I recommend renting from a company like Enterprise, where rates are higher but vehicles are typically newer and without cosmetic wear.

A real nightmare 1) Car rental had fender bender on the right side at pick up and NEVER disclosed until I brought it up; 2) Host agreed to switch the car at my hotel at agreed time; 3) Never brought a replacement car, asked me to leave the key to the Acura so someone can pick it up which I did 4) I asked for refund so I can get a new rental but never refunded me. I paid almost $400 and he was offering me half. 5) Even the half refund he’s been talking about never been Venmo’d instead I received another invoice for gas (driving from airport to hotel and grocery store) which he never told me to fill since we were suppose to just switch cars!
Inspite all of these, I’ve been called difficult to deal with bc I wasn’t comfortable driving a car that was just in an accident. I had to deal with all these in the middle of the night while my son is trying to get some sleep for an important match the next morning. Not to mention- I was left without a car and short of $400! Turo support wasn’t able to help - they had to escalate it and I have to wait. So you be the judge of this nightmare. I’ve been a Turo customer for 10yrs and this was the first

Despite that, I refunded $358 out of your $379 total to address your concerns, leaving me at a loss. You then requested I cover additional insurance costs, which I declined since I was already in the negative. At that point, due to the ongoing concerns, I provided Turo support so they could further assist you directly. I always aim to be fair, transparent, reasonable.
