I wasn't able to get the car until 3 hours later due to your ridiculous verification process (Having to send a picture of my driver license and then take a selfie holding the license which I found impossible! I had to hold the license in my mouth!!!) And I took the car back early. Very cumbersome!!!

We’re sorry you experienced difficulty completing verification. However, Turo—not the host—creates and controls this required process. Hosts cannot release a vehicle until the primary driver’s identity and license are properly verified, as this protects everyone involved. You were asked the day before pickup to complete verification and advised to contact Turo directly if you experienced any issues. Unfortunately, the delay was outside the host’s control, but we remained available to assist.
