Rental did the job it was suppose to.

Pickup and location was smooth but car had mechanical issues. Front driver side tire is completely bald and it jerks like there’s a transmission issue. Had no response from the host across two days…but Turo was great with changing trip and finding us a replacement. Definitely would not suggest this car

The car was not detail very dirty. Old throw up on the floor . Plus the car having bad car problems. I’m thinking the transmission is slipping

Marcus at Toro Rent-A-Car was absolutely outstanding. We were dealing with travel issues due to weather, and he adjusted his schedule multiple times to accommodate us without hesitation. He even picked the car up directly from the hotel we were transferred to, which made a stressful situation so much easier.
The car itself was awesome — clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed.
Marcus went above and beyond with flexibility, professionalism, and customer service. I can’t recommend him and Toro Rent-A-Car enough. If you need a rental and want someone dependable who truly takes care of his customers, Marcus is your guy.
