Taron was not very responsive when I had questions about pickup or return - this was a very quick one-day trip - and I didn’t have much time to waste.
The Cherokee performed OK but it was dirty and not in great condition. Fortunately it’s not like I was on a date or anything critical which required it to be in better condition but I wouldn’t rent it again.

Sorry you weren't satisfied it's ashamed everyone's expectations can't be meet. You arrived early and I allowed you to pick up the vehicle befor the assigned time. I did become extremely busy that morning between 8:30 and 10 and missed your message my apologies, a phone call would have worked. I reached out as soon as I seen the message. It's a used vehicle so its not in perfect condition but its definitely in good condition; pre-trip photos the vehicle appears clean. I'll improve my services.
