The car was great. You guys need to realize how clueless other rental folks work. I'm an older person and when all the minute details aren't established. I was looking for a kiosk, or a person to direct me to the car. Then I had to pay 50 bucks because it took so long to find the car that it accrued more charges. Then returning the vehicle No one specifically stated the difference between domestic and international as far as parking areas. It wasn't until I keyed in location of the car that I found out it was in a prohibited location. More charges to get the car out of the international lot. Do pick up and drop off locations have to be at the airport? That place is confusing enough to include a rental service with no actual kiosk. I'm old, 74 to be exact. My ignorance of your system while being convenient the miscues are costly and almost constant. I think I am going to stick with the major car rental agencies.
