I’m giving this rental a one-star rating due to the condition of the vehicle at pickup. The battery was only at approximately 50% charge, possibly less. Had I known this in advance, I would have arranged to pick up the vehicle the night before to allow sufficient time to charge it. Instead, I had to spend approximately 45 minutes charging the vehicle before I could depart, which was an inconvenience.
Additionally, the vehicle was extremely dirty, both inside and out. The interior and exterior were in unacceptable condition and did not appear to have been properly cleaned or prepared for the next renter.
Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of preparation and cleanliness. I expected the vehicle to be clean and adequately charged at pickup, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
