The pickup and drop off process was simple, I didn’t have to have a hand off of the keys. My only issue was the fact that I didn’t receive a response when I asked why the check engine light was on. I’ll be honest, I don’t know much about cars so it could’ve been nothing serious but it definitely made me nervous. But it got me where I needed to go!!
Sorry about car lights on dashboard, just let you know we fixed everything and car is ready to keep rolling.

The rental car was overall okay and got the job done, though it did have a few minor issues. Nothing major, but there were some small things that could use attention. Pick up was great, host was very nice and helpful.
