Excellent experience from start to finish! I rented the Suburban for a family trip in Richmond, Virginia, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The vehicle was clean, spacious, comfortable, and drove beautifully. There was plenty of room for my entire family and all our luggage, which made the trip so much easier and more enjoyable.
The service was also outstanding, and everything went smoothly. My family really loved the vehicle, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable car for a family trip. It got us to our location safely but it makes a noise that’s very annoying and it’s shakes and bounces like your in a moving bouncing house. For the money it should have been better and more comfortable
