pick and drop off went fairly well location was easy to find. the host is very nice and gets back to you pretty quick. i did have a few issues with the car itself making a knocking noise and the key fob battery probably needs to be changed. when i did bring the issues up to the host he was very understanding and helpful i was a little nervous but he did assure me that the car was fine and was safe for me to drive. over all i was very satisfied.
