The car was bad, ac did not work, wheel alignment was all messed up
it’s easier to drop bad reviews AFTER your trip while.
I serviced this car just few weeks ago
AC IS WORKING FINE. A lot of customers don’t know how to turn on AC on this model. You should just call/text as I asked you to b4 and during your trip.
3- At the pickup I told that the tire pressure signal on the dashboard is just false alarm.
4- engine light. We replaced multiple sensors and it will take some time for the engine to recognize them

Car was clean, full of gas. Contact less transaction but was sent email and text to make sure everything was OK. Also was informed to reach out if anything was needed.

I really enjoyed the vehicle. The owner was so nice and I would get a car through them again. My 1st experience with TURO was amazing. I'll definitely go through TURO anytime I need a car.
