Car was great; clean and well-maintained. Pick up was easy and convenient being located right at the airport. I highly recommend this host; their communication throughout was clear and prompt, and when we left something in the car, they were quick to notify us and great to work with.

Host was late for reservation. The car didn’t have any gas. I had to follow him to the gas station. The next day the check engine light came on. Car has a wobble.
We let you know our time frame during and per policy there is a 30 mins grace period that we didn’t take. We have all our cars regularly maintenanced and we can’t control what happens during trip. We control the solution which we did try to offer you another car and you didn’t want it. Thank you.
