Unfortunately something wrong with panel for directions and music. It would only do either or and the volume button goes in an out. But there was an accident and I couldn’t get all the way through to drop car off and they were able to pick up at end of street

I'm sorry you had difficulties with the radio. Had you contacted us we would have been happy to explain to you how it works. I'm sure you'll agree we are easy to work with given that we were happy to assist in getting our car back from a location other than agreed upon at the time of your reservation to accommodate your time constraints. I'm glad the car provided you safe and reliable transportation during your trip.

BEAUTIFULLY SPIRITED, ACCOMODATING AND PROFESSIONAL HOSTESS!!! MY 1ST TIME USING ANYONE OUTSIDE OF REGULAR RENTAL CAR ESTABLISMENTS, AND MS. LORI MADE THE PROCESS VERY EASY FOR ME... I GIVE THE HIGHEST RATING WITHOUT RESERVATION... I WOULD CERTAINLY BOTH COME BACK AND REFER OTHERS AS WELL... I RENTED THE NISSAN "KICKS" -- IT WAS A TRUE KICKER WITH SOME GREAT GET UP AND GO TO IT!!!... BLESSINGS, AND THANK YOU!
