They parked the car in the economy parking lot not the Turo parking and we had to pay $37 parking ticket! I called them and they said we had to pay which I fought with them about as that is not standard protocol and not an expectation. They finally agreed to us putting less gas in the car when returning. Also they tried to say they just dropped the car off which the parking attendant said their lying as a $37 ticket means the car has been there since at least since 7 am. We picked it up at 11. I’m not sure how the Turo lot at the airport works but I feel they are trying to screw people over by making them pay the parking ticket instead of paying the Turo lot fees. Mind you you pay extra for an airport pickup. The car was fine. It had a dent and scratches on the back side corner and there was a weird sound from the car like something was wrong. Wouldn’t recommend.

Turo lot spaces are limited. Massport does not allow any cars waiting at the fire lane. If I drive the car out, due to Boston traffic, in most cases, I cannot be back at the trip starting time. According to previous customers feedback, it is better to park the car in the economy parking. Hopefully Turo can provide better parking options.

The car ran fine. Communication was tough with the owner but everything worked out fine. Will use Turo again.

Car was great on gas and our host's was great with responding back to us and the inside of the vehicle was clean but i was notified that it was in a minor accident before our trip and that it was fine to drive just minutes before boarding my flight to pick it up and had i known of it sooner I would have definitely got a different vehicle but with me not having anytime for setbacks when I arrived to the vehicle I just accepted it but the Vehicle did need some maintenance that I did bring to my host's attention.

This car was perfect for our needs! It was clean, spacious, and great to have the hybrid for gas efficiency. Renjian was easy to communicate with and arranged for an associate to meet us to drop off the car and to pick up the car. Bring a USB-A cable if you'd like to use CarPlay. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this car or any of the others by this host in the future.
