The car I reserved was no longer available 20 minutes before pickup (BMW - X5). I was given a RAV4 instead and was told it would cost the same amount as what I originally reserved. The owner was 40 minutes later dropping the RAV4 off at the pickup location. The RAV4 has scratches all over and it was not properly cleaned.
I was really disappointed with this entire situation.

We’re sorry you were disappointed. The X5 had an unexpected mechanical issue before the trip, and you were informed and agreed to accept the RAV4 as a replacement. The X5 was a 2016 model, while the replacement was a much newer 2023 RAV4. We did not charge any additional amount for the upgrade. We always do our best to provide a reliable alternative when unexpected issues occur and appreciate your understanding.
