0&D provided an outstanding rental experience with their 2020 Toyota RAV4. Delivery was timely for both pickup and drop-off with clear, easy instructions that made everything seamless. The car arrived in pristine condition—spotless inside and out—and handled lake effect snow like a beast, offering excellent traction and confidence on slippery roads. Communication with the host was top-notch, responsive and friendly throughout. Hands down the best car rental I’ve had.
