Great, very nice car I loved it

Car was great, pickup was pretty easy though instructions weren’t precisely followed (no lockbox so had to call owner, but they answered and unlocked car right away). Communication with owner wasn’t great - they did not respond to messages sent in Turo app, nor to a text to their phone.

Great car. It was my first time driving a Tesla so took a bit to get used to it but overall its a great car. Renjian was great. Very professional, communicational. And gave instructions very detailed and clear. 10/10 experience. Will definitely rent from him again.

The car was delivered late with only a 37 percent charge. There were no charge adapters in the car which limited charging for to the Telsa chargers.
