Pick-up and drop-off the car at the Economy Parking Garage (right outside of terminals) was super convenient. Instructions were timely and clear. The host Renjian was very responsive to our questions about the car and to other local recommendations. Would definitely rent from him next time!

Drop off was a little confusing due to their automatic system but overall experience was great. Co - Host was helpful and understanding.

Crystal was incredibly thoughtful and professional. The 2019 Infiniti QX50 was freshly washed and vacuumed, and it was clear she takes great pride in her vehicle. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen mechanical maintenance that needed attention, I didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy driving it for the weekend. Despite that, Crystal and the Turo representative were both communicative and handled the situation with care. I truly appreciate the effort and would gladly book with her again.
The car was taken to the mechanic. Nothing is wrong. It was on the trip right after I got the car.

Car smelled heavily of marijuana when we picked it up. Was given no alternative other than an offer to bring it back with half a tank of fuel. My family and I had to endure this for the length of our vacation.
Sorry for the unpleasant experience. The next guest did not mention the smell. Weird…
