The car drove fine, no mechanical issues. However, it smelled awful. A very heavy weed smoke smell with cigarette/blunt burn marks in both front seats. This car should not be able to be rented.
Unfortunately, during busy periods we sometimes have limited turnaround time between trips, and while we do our best to prepare every vehicle, the ozone treatment may not always be as thorough as we’d like. We did offer to re-clean and re-treat the vehicle to address the odor concern. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to improve the experience for future guests.
